To control the company, it is necessary to have a synthetic vision and to have the whole details. This is why, Neogia accountancy is built around a multi-hierarchical plan of account and skeletal and hierarchical periods.

analytic accounting

With a view to analysis of accountancy, Neogia integrates the cost accounting with the possibility of defining axes as many as needed for the organization user require some. It is then possible to post the analytical distribution according to the periods and of the countable accounts. The analytical distribution associated the module of Business Intelligence of Neogia allows the organization a crossing axes according to their needs.

This module include all the necessary for invoice edit : customer invoicing, supplier invoicing, assets, with a level of detail more or less important in function of needs. Generated invoice are bind to account by the integration module allowing a good vision of invoicing progress by account.

Close to the invoicing module, the payment module allow a good follow-up of all type of payment : customer payment, supplier payment, various payment. Each payment could be associate with a invoice to obtain a view of payment to perform and in particular payment with a due date. tax management

Taxes often are problematic of account management because many rules can be applied. Neogia include a management by collector allowing a per region, per customer, per product type define of applied tax.
