Documentation for report linked to the reception
This screen permit to print two type of report :
- The variation between received/ordered - The reception in late
The first report permit to view all the reception at a specific day , which is not completed , some product are still missing at this date.
The second report permit to view at a date all reception which are in late , the reception planned before this date which are still not achieved will be in the report.
The use is quite simple there is for both two optional parameter :
- A supplier - A date
For the parameter "Supplier" the use is the same for both report. It permit to restrict the reception to a specific supplier, if this parameter is left to blank all the supplier with a reception in late or with a variation between received/ordered will be shown.
The Date parameter is not used in the same way:
For the report "Variation ordered / received" the date use will be compared with the date in database (StockEvent) , if the date in the form is the same ( same day ) than the date in the database , then if there is a variation between received/ordered then the command corresponding will be displayed in the report.
For the report "Reception in late" , if the date in the form is greater than the date of reception planned of a command , then this command will be displayed
If the parameter Date is left to blank then the Date used will be the actual date
