Stage of creation of a Transfert List
This documentation will give you the different stages of creation of a TransfertList thanks to StockEventPlanned. the goal of this functionnality is to be able to create a transfert list from a set of StockEventPlanned. This functionnality is very quick to execute; indeed , from the moment when the StockEventPlanned ( simple transfert) are created only several clik are enough to create a transfert list
Creation of StockEventPlanned ( simple transfert )
The creation of simple transfert is held has previously , so will not details this point. However without simple transfert created, we won't be able to create some TransfertList, obviously the goal of this fonctionnality is not to create some simple transferts in order to create a transfert list but well of create a transfert list from several simple transfert already created in the past.
Creation of the transfert list
In order to create a transfert list from StockEventPlanned ( simple transfert ) it is enough to go to Transfert -> Transfert Planned.
Once the list of transferts planned displayed , we will ba able to distinguish two sorts :
- The planned transfert having already a number of picking list
- The planned transfert WITHOUT number of picking list
We will concentrate on the last , indeed the first are already associated to a transfert list, this is the goal of this functionnality. In order to create a new transfert list; we will select the planned transferts we wish to associate to a transfert list ( note that those already associated can't be selected anymore) then clik on the bouton at the bottom of the form. This handling will permit to create a new transfert list having all the simple transfert selected. When you will come back to the screen which permit to list the planned transferts we will notice that the simple transfert selected previously are now associated to the new transfert list.
